Les adhérents sont les forces vives de l’Association. L’adhésion des familles est un signe fort d’engagement aux valeurs de celle-ci. C’est ce qui la rend plus visible dans son environnement. A chaque fois que possible, ils doivent être considérés comme ses ambassadeurs pour ainsi promouvoir de nouvelles adhésions.
Les Papillons Blancs d’Hazebrouck et environs veulent renouer avec une de leurs pratiques historiques au travers d’un réseau d’ambassadeurs sur l’ensemble de son territoire. Cela impliquera le développement d’actions spécifiques à leur intention. Des formations et des actions conviviales favoriseront la constitution d’un réseau d’ambassadeurs solidaires et porteurs des valeurs et savoir-faire de l’Association.
Il lui parait essentiel de renforcer l’offre de service en faveur des familles avec jeune enfant.
En accompagnant mieux les familles dès l’annonce du handicap, l’Association entend contribuer à une meilleure acceptation par les parents. L’Association étudiera avec les familles concernées la nature des services spécifiques qui faciliteraient cette acceptation. Elle fera de l’information sur les droits, un axe majeur de sa relation avec ses adhérents.
Enfin, l’Association veillera à renforcer son offre de service à destination des adhérents. Elle s’appuiera sur l’esprit de la Triple Expertise pour construire avec les Personnes accompagnées, les adhérents et les professionnels, les meilleures conditions d’adaptation permanente de nos modèles d’accompagnement.
